I once met three
philosophers arguing about the nature of God. The Christian theologian among
them insisted on the Trinitarian doctrine, the Oriental Christian emphasised
that the Holy Spirit proceeded only from the Father whereas the Roman Christian
argued that the Holy Spirit proceeded from both the Father and the Son!
I laughed at them.
They got angry. In unison, they demanded to know why I was laughing them to
scorn. I said, “Why not bother yourselves about the things in the world that
you can comprehend? Please keep God out of this and leave him alone!” One of
them interjected, “Why do you say that, are you wiser than the Holy Church
fathers and the great theologians that handed down these doctrines?”
“Thank you very much
for being truthful. You just called them ‘doctrines’ and that’s exactly what
they are! You can’t arrive at any meaningful conclusion in your argument since
all we can ever know or say about him is,
“God exists!” And what that really means is this: “God is the Almighty
Being that created everything that exists in the universe. Anything else
anybody says or we say is puerile, futile and simply mundane guesswork!” I
concluded.
In I.S.M. we do not
theorise about what we have no existential answers that can satisfy human
reasoning! We limit ourselves to provable and rational concepts, no mysteries,
no dogmas and no doctrines. You are very welcome to disproving anything we
posit, provided you can defend your position convincingly and carry along
seventy-five per cent of humankind. We are okay!
It will be interesting
to introduce my readers to a grandfather in ethical philosophy and my cherished
psychotherapy master. I learnt so much from him in my youth that sharing his
thoughts with you is the only natural thing that my naïve mind can think of or
have now. It is evident in his book that much of what he preached, which was
later transcribed into the Greek language by a grandson, was addressed to the
Israelites living in exile at different parts of the world at the time of his
writing. This concise reproduction is taken from the 1979 edition of GOOD NEWS
BIBLE, (TEV DC053P) Today’s English Version with Deuterocanonical
Books/Apocrypha as published by BIBLE SOCIETIES and printed by COLLINS &

The Wisdom of Jesus Son of Sirach
The Book of Sirach (a.k.a. Ecclesiasticus) 1: 1-30
“IN PRAISE OF WISDOM
v.1: All wisdom
comes from the Lord,
And Wisdom
is with him for ever.
v.2: Who can count
raindrops
Or the sand
along the shore?
Who can count
the days of eternity?
v.3: How high is
the sky? How wide is the earth?
How deep is
the ocean? How profound is Wisdom?
Can anyone find
answers to these questions?
v.4: Wisdom was
created before anything else;
Understanding has always existed.
v.5: The source of
wisdom is the word of God on high;
Her ways are
eternal commands.
v.6: Has anyone
ever been shown
Where
Wisdom originates?
Does anyone
understand her subtle cleverness?
v.7: To whom has
the knowledge
Of Wisdom
been revealed?
Who has
understood her great experience?
v.8: There is
only one who is wise,
And we must
stand in awe before his throne.
v.9: The Lord
himself created Wisdom;
He saw her

Lord is Wisdom at her fullest;

our homes and our barns
With all
that our hearts can desire.
v.18: To fear the
Lord is the flower of Wisdom.
That
blossoms with peace and good health.
v.19: She sends
knowledge and
Understanding like the rain,
And increases the honour of those

receive her!
v.20: To fear the
Lord is the root of Wisdom;
Her
branches are long life!
v.22: There is no
excuse for unjustified anger;
it can
bring about our downfall
v.23: Wait and be patient,
And later
you will be glad you did.
v.24: Keep quiet
until the right time to speak,
And you
will gain a reputation for good sense.
v.25: Wisdom has a
treasury of wise sayings,
But sinners
have nothing but contempt for godliness.

to be wise keep the Lord’s commands,
And he
will give you Wisdom in abundance.
v.27: Fearing the
Lord is Wisdom
And an
education in itself.
He is
pleased by loyalty and humility.
v.28: Be faithful
in the practice of your religion;
When you
worship the Lord,
Do it with
all your heart.
v.29: Be careful
about what you say,
And don’t
be a hypocrite.
v.30: Don’t be arrogant;
You may
suffer a fall and be disgraced.
The Lord
will reveal your secrets
And humble you in front of everyone in the synagogue,
because you did not come there with reverence for the lord, but with a heart
full of hypocrisy.”

THE EXAMPLE OF THE FIRST SAINT THAT ASCENDED TO HEAVEN
From the Book of
Wisdom, credited to King Solomon, the Wise comes this interesting example of a
man who was neither a Jew nor a Gentile, neither a Christian nor a Pagan. He
was equally neither a Muslim nor an Infidel, neither a Buddhist nor a Hindu,
yet he was the first ‘saint’ that was called physically into heaven to be with
Almighty God eternally. Turn to its Chapter 4, and meditate on verses 10–15:
“v.10: Once there
was a man named Enoch who pleased God and God loved him. While Enoch was still
living among sinners, God took him away,
v.11: so that
evil and falsehood could not corrupt his mind and soul.
v.12: (We all
know that people can be fascinated by evil that they cannot recognise what is
good even when they are looking at it. Innocent people can be so corrupted with
desire that they can think of nothing but what they want.)
v.13: This man
Enoch achieved in a few years’ time a perfection that other people could never
attain in a complete lifetime.
v.14: The Lord
was pleased with Enoch’s life and quickly took him out of this wicked world.
People were aware of his departure but didn’t understand. They never seemed to
learn the lesson
v.15: that God is
kind and merciful to his own people; he protects those whom he has chosen.”
This narrative is a
corroboration of what you find in Genesis 5, vv. 21 – 24. Again in the Book of
Sirach Chapter 44, verse 16 makes a brief reference to it. Those narratives are
instructive and it might be very beneficial for you spending some time
analysing their import. The following are my humble conclusions after perusing
them. Read them now before evaluating my resume.
Enoch was an illiterate man. He obeyed the natural laws
God put in his mind and the environment. Yet he was not corrupt like those
around him who were described as ‘sinners’.
No one taught Enoch these natural laws that merited
favour with the Almighty Creator of the whole universe even at the ripe age 365
years! Therefore the knowledge is in-born in humans!
Enoch who gave birth to Methuselah, a legend that lived
969 years, was neither a priest nor a prophet, yet he was pleasing to God! So
could you and I!
So it is still
possible to please Almighty God without belonging to the warring religions of
today. This is exactly what ISM is all about. You too, can really please God
without being deeply involved with the mundane religious politics of this age
of fanaticism or syncretism.
Another quintessential
truth hidden from almost all religionists of today is that Emmanuel Jesus, the
Christ, was not a Jew once you accept that he was the Son of God! One does not
trace one’s nationality through one’s maternal lineage, at least not the Jews.
Unless you really doubt his true paternity, it is clearly self-evident that
Emmanuel was A CITIZEN OF THE UNIVERSE!
This explains his
inter-ethnic and international appeal to date! He was, is and will ever remain
the only respected personality in history with a valid international passport,
who has entered all countries and homes using his true followers as his
travelling visas and therefore proven that he alone is A CITIZEN OF THE WORLD!
We owe our dates,
either BC or AD, to his birth! His birthday is our international time zone -
never mind the recent attempts by non-Christians at obliterating this landmark
with their new concepts of BCE and CE, which only represent a denial or
distortion of the fundamental role of Christ’s birth! Soon, they will also
attempt to change Christmas celebrations, commonly referred to as the Yuletide
which has become a universal holidays!
Has it ever occurred
to you that this personality is none other than Abel, Enoch and Melchisedek of
the Genesis narrative in the Christian Bible? His devout sacrifice of a lamb as
Abel, which pleased God, the Creator (see Genesis 4: 4-5); his simple life in
wisdom, humility and obedience to natural laws as Enoch, (Genesis 5: 21-24)
that merited him fellowship with God (sainthood) and the first ever ascension
in the Bible story. And finally his sudden appearance and disappearance as the
high priest Melchisedek, (Genesis 14: 18-20) who prayed for the blessings of
God the Creator on Patriarch Abraham. All are reminiscent of the later events
of Jesus Christ!
These similarities
were no coincidences! If they were, why was he crucified “outside the city” for
doing good as Abel who equally was murdered “out in the fields”? Why was he
described as a “good shepherd” who “went about doing good” among sinners just
like Enoch? Why the early “voluntary sacrifice of himself” at Calvary ,
the subsequent “resurrection by the power of God the Almighty” and finally “his
ascension into heaven to sit at the right hand of God”? Why is his holy
priesthood still referred to as “according to the priestly order of
Melchisedek”? Definitely God had a plan in all these!
Moreover, he needed
the professional competence of Noah and so had to learn carpentry from Joseph,
the humble husband of Mary, the Virgin. This was really necessary so as “to be
able to build the NEW ARK
(His church on earth)
of the NEW CONVENANT
(His body &
blood)” which is sailing the high seas of this corrupt world!
Get into this eternal
boat for true salvation and escape the modern deluge of immorality. Join the
fellowship of non-partisan disciples of the saintly Enoch today! It is
christened: Integrational Spiritan Movement, I.S.M. because this is the
millennium of the Holy Spirit of God to accomplish a unification of all who
worship in truth and in spirit; (John 4: 23-24). This is the only basis on
which we can realise the prayer point of the Lord Jesus “ so that they may be
one just as you and I are one.” And
ultimately “there shall be one flock and one shepherd” (John 17:1-26) for the
eternal redemption of mankind irrespective of creed, colour or religion! That’s
the missionary zeal all Kenezians!
The definition of TRUE
RELIGION given by James the Apostle in Chapter 1 verses 19 – 27 succinctly
describes the objectives of ISM, (verse 27 in particular):
“v.19: Remember
this, my dear brothers! Everyone must be quick to listen, but slow to speak and
slow to become angry.
v.20: Man’s anger
does not achieve God’s righteous purpose.
v.21: So get rid of every filthy habit and all wicked
conduct. Submit to God and accept the word that He plants in your hearts, which
is able to save you.
v.22: Do not
deceive yourselves by just listening to His word; instead, put it into
practice.
v.23: Whoever
listens to the word but does not put it into practice is like a man who looks
in a mirror and sees himself as he is.
v.24: He takes a
good look at himself and then goes away and at once forgets what he looks like.
v.25: But whoever looks closely into the perfect law that
sets people free, who keeps on paying attention to it and does not simply
listen and then forget it, but puts it into practice—that person will be
blessed by God in what he does.
v.26: Does anyone
think he is religious? If he does not control his tongue, his religion is
worthless and he deceives himself.
v.27: What God the
Father considers to be pure and genuine religion is this: to take care of
orphans and widows in their suffering and to keep oneself from being corrupted
by the world.”
In I.S.M, we neither
preach doctrines nor dogmas or the traditions of any ethnic group! Rather each
of as a true disciple of Patriarch Enoch is encouraged to search for the laws
in nature and our hearts so as to contribute genuine and rational bases for the
altruistic unification of all psycho-religious and socio-political ideologies
in existence today! This is possible
when only reason; not emotion guides our search! Do you want to be a wise and
respected Kenezian? Then think for yourself and learn from the wisest men in
history!
One such figure is
King Solomon, the Wise, who is credited to have got it merely as an answer to a
humble prayer! Imitate him! And to really appreciate the depth of King
Solomon’s wisdom, let me equally introduce you to the wise assertions he made
regarding death and the reward of living a righteous life like our great
Patriarch Enoch. No one else has so authoritatively spoken of them! Turn to
Chapter One of the same book “The Wisdom of Solomon” and read verses 12–16, and
conclude with “The Destiny of the Righteous” in Chapter 3, verses 1–9:
“GOD DID NOT CREATE DEATH”
v.12: Do not bring
on your own death by sinful actions.
v.13: God did not invent death, and when living creatures
die, it gives him no pleasure.
v.14: He created everything so that it might continue to
exist, and everything he created is wholesome and good. There is no deadly
poison in it. No, death does not rule this world,
v.15: for God’s justice does not die,
v.16: Ungodly people have brought death on themselves by
the things they have said and done. They yearn for death as if it were a lover.
They have gone into partnership with death, and; it is just what they
deserve”.
And now to complete
the seven course meal I have been serving you right from the prologue to this
page, see the Destiny of the Righteous, the Eternal Wisdom of living a simple
lifestyle and Reward for pleasing the Almighty! This is the target for all
devout Kenezians.
THE DESTINY OF THE RIGHTEOUS
v.1: But righteous
people are protected by God and will never suffer torment.
v.2: It is a foolish mistake to think that righteous
people die and that their death is a terrible evil.
v.3: They leave us, but it is not a disaster. In fact,
the righteous are at peace.
v.4: It might appear that they have suffered punishment,
but they have the confident hope of
immortality.
vv.5-6; Their sufferings were light compared with the
blessings they will receive. God has tested them, like gold in a furnace, and
found tem worthy to be with him. He has accepted them, just as he accepts the
sacrifices, which his worshippers burn on the altar.
v.7: When God comes to reward the righteous, they will
blaze out against the wicked lie fire in dry straw.
v.8: They will rule over nations and peoples, and the
Lord will be their King for ever.
v.9: Those who have put their trust in God will come to understand
the truth of his ways. Those who have been faithful will live with Him in his
love, for he is kind and merciful to the ones whom he has chosen.”
Replace the word
‘righteous’ with ‘kenezians’ and you would have established the real mission of
this dissertation! I S M ethics/wisdom come from the Author of Life!
And so, my dear
student of ISM, you too can aspire to sainthood! All it entails is finding out
the natural laws that Papa Enoch obeyed that merited him that eternal abode
with the Creator of this universe.
You do not have to go
far to find out any of these natural laws! Do you know why? There are already
written in your hearts as the inborn CONSCIENCE, which the Almighty Creator
bestows on each and every one of us. See it for yourself, by reading Hebrews 8:
7 –13: Take special note of vv.10 –12 when you’re reading that passage! You
have to find this reference for yourself, so that we can go on to serve you the
main dish! I am sure that there are other theosophical treatises that equate the
writings of King Solomon and the Good News of the Master of all times, Jesus
the Christ. However these are the ones I was so exposed to in my youth that I
can’t think of anyone else that has given me the simplest reasons for living a
good life!
The secret of Enoch was that he had no idols. He did not
worship these idols:

SELF-PRIDE,

LOVE-OF-MONEY,
·
INDULGENCE-IN-EROTIC-PLEASURES,
·
LUST-FOR-POWER,
·
LIVE-TO-EAT FOOD &
·
INDULGE-IN-ALCOHOL.
Rather, he obeyed all
the natural laws he could decipher;

WAS LOYAL TO THE CREATOR OF HIS
PARENTS,
·
WAS HOLY, HUMANE AND HUMBLE,
·
LOVED HIS FELLOW HUMAN BEINGS,
·
TOOK CARE OF THEIR NEEDS,
·
DEFENDED ORPHANS & WIDOWS AND
·
SHOWED HIS CONCERN FOR ALL
CREATURES OF GOD.
A simple and
uncomplicated life on this planet Earth will merit you the same reward HE got!
Imitate him in thoughts, words and deeds. That is exactly I.
S. M! You may have your favourites, just like I do. So long as you can
religiously decipher and observe all the equitable, positive and universal laws
in nature, you are truly qualified for this spiritual fellowship for scientists
who are also referred to as ‘Integrational Spiritan Movement’ a.k.a.
‘Kenezianism’ that translates into a peaceful world religion that our global

Propaganda is the more or less a systematic effort to
manipulate other people's beliefs, attitudes or actions by means of symbols or
religious images, words, gestures, banners, monuments, music, clothing,
insignia and other artefacts of culture. Deliberateness here refers to the
relatively heavy emphasis on manipulation of the victim’s mode of thinking and
behaving which distinguishes colonial mentality in propaganda from casual
conversation or the relaxed exchange of ideas. The propagandist has a specified

A group of 50 people with name tags attended an ISM seminar that our Animator International, Dr Jideofo Kenechukwu Danmbaezue chaired.
• After pleasantries the Guest Speaker started giving each one a balloon and asked each attendee to write his/her name on it using marker pens he provided.
• Then all the balloons were collected and put in another room.
• Now these delegates were let in that room and asked to find the balloon which had their name on it, within 5 minutes. Everyone was frantically searching for their name, colliding with each other, pushing around others and there was utter chaos.
• At the end of 5 minutes no one could find their own balloon.
• Then, the Seminar Speaker now asked each one to randomly collect a balloon and give it to the person whose name was written on it.
• Within minutes everyone had his or her own balloon.
• Thereafter, the speaker began his talk by saying the following;
• Exactly this is what is happening in our individual lives. Everyone is frantically looking for happiness all around, not knowing where it is. Our happiness lies in the happiness of other people. Give them their happiness; you will get your own. And this is the purpose of human life.
